
START THE DAY WITH A WALK IN NATURE
The day starts at 7am; your arrival time at the yoga centre, followed by a beach walk. In case of bad weather or high tide, a walking meditation will be practiced indoors

PRACTICE GENTLE HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga starts at 8am; this is a 75 minutes class including pranayama, a body warm up, Surya Namaskara and gentle asana practice, ending with a realxation.

ENJOY TWO DELICIOUS MEALS
Your first meal, breakfast, is at 9.30am. This meal includes fresh fruit, sugar free cereals, plant based milks, healthy wholewheat bread or gluten free bread, scrambled tofu and veggies, home made pastries, jam, nut butters, herbal teas.
Your second meal is at 2pm; it includes home made nutritious recipes with plant based proteins, salad, desserts, home brewed kombucha or water kefir.

RELAX WITH A MASSAGE
Enjoy a relaxing oil massage or a Thai massage to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, decrease pain, enhance flexibility, boost the immune system, and promote better sleep.

At the end of the massage, you can enjoy a traditional Thai steam with herbs

TAKE A COOL POOL DIP
A cool pool is situated just outside the steam and it can be used alternating steam and cool pool dips


EXPERIENCE SOUND HEALING
After lunch and a relaxing time by the beach or resting with a book at the yoga centre, the day continues with a personalized sound healing session to promote even more relaxation & reduce stress.
The day ends with a herbal tea and a selection of home made vegan treats
